Making the greatest use of tokens currently possible. I still think some sort of "setup" wizard an admin could easily configure would be fantastic.

A big thing I'm not able to address using tokens is using them in triggered smart campaigns. E.g. for a progression status Smart Campaign in an email campaign, I can't use the trigger "Clicks Link in Email, Link is {{my.Email Link}}"

The idea being all setup/configuration takes place in one area -- My Tokens -- and the user doesn't have to futz with what Smart Campaigns need to change and which don't.

Have you looked at using folder level tokens to help achieve some of these results.

LOVE this idea - it was actually on my mind earlier this morning and I was going to come here and post it myself.

I've created tons of clone-able programs in Marketo for various clients, but the steps for adjusting the associated smart campaigns, though small and relatively simple, do get a little tedious.

Something like a Wizard that would prompt the user to input the necessary, program-specific items (email links for example, or text for the Interesting Moment). A few things can be done using tokens, but building in a prompt to force the user to set the program-specific items would be AWESOME.
