Ability to have dynamic subject line, from and reply to addresses on emails

We create email in multiple languages, currenly we need to create multiple emails for each language.

If there was the ability to the following dynamic: 

• Subect Line
• From Address
• Reply to address

The above functionality could reduce the number of emails we need to create and the number of email sends we have to do.

I'm sure there are other examples where this dynamic functionality would be useful, however this is one that affects us most.
