Ability to remove leads from an Engagement program

Perhaps there's a way to do this, but I haven't been able to find it... but it would be nice to be able to selectively remove leads from the new engagement programs. I included some leads that shouldn't have been in the initial load and would like to exclude them from future lead track emails. I supposed I could move them over to an empty track based on the criteria, but it would be nice to remove them completely. Since there's an 'Add to Engagement Program' step, it would be handy to have a 'Remove' as well.

I got an update on this from support. It wasn't working earlier today, but I just tried "Change Program Status" and it worked.

I've tried the "Change Program Status" and it doesn't apply to the engagement program.

I had several leads move into the wrong engagement program. Because of my segmentation I manage my leads via seperate nuturing campaigns instead of via streams and it's really frustrating that I can't remove these users. I now have all of them sitting in a non-functioning stream (it's empty and not delivering content). I am trying to create smart lists to move them into the correct streams accordingly, but it doesn't solve my problem that several hundred leads are sitting in this box and I can't clean it up.

Erik is correct - you can use the Change Program Status flow.  We do not intend on adding a "Remove from Flow" action for the engagement program

Have you tried using "Change Program Status" to "Not in Program"? I think that should work for you.
