I'd love to have the ability to choose whether I want someone to be synced as a lead or contact with SFDC.

    RIngLead's Marketo webhook can create new Contacts in matching Accounts.

    I agree; it would be nice to have a single flow step for this.  For now, we've just been using a combination of "Sync Lead to SFDC" and "Convert Lead".
