Abort or delete things from campaign queue?

We're running into some processing problems around batch campaigns which has severely backlogged our campaign queue with our triggered flows. Is there anyway to delete things from this queue? Some of the campaigns are less important and I'd like to get the important things caught up as soon as possible, so getting rid of the low priority things to increase processing would be hugely beneficial.
