Accidentally changed status of all members in a program! Is there a way to change back

Within a program, I went to the Members tab, clicked "Select All", then under  the Change Status tab I selected "Attended" and it changed all of the Members statuses to Attended.

Is there a way to change the statuses back to what they were originally?

Hi All,

another way to mange this case, if you cannot change the status step numbers, is to add all the members to static list (that you create temporarily for this purpose), then use a "change program status" and set them as "not in program". This will remove them from the program.

Then you use the static list members to re-add them to the program in the correct member status.

This technique has the advantage of not requiring admin rights, and the drawback of changing the program member dates and program success dates, which can be a problem with the multi-touch attribution reports.

Devin,

Please move this discussion to Products.

You can just as easily "Select All" and move program members to another status, however, members cannot backtrack to a previous program status. Double check the channel the program is using and navigate to Admin > Tags > Channel. If two statuses have the same step number, you can move them back to a previous status. If they do not, read more here about changing the step number so people can go back and forth: Create a Program Channel - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation

You could always change the status step, move the members back to the previous step, and then change the step number back to the original number.
