Account Created by Marketo User in Salesforce?

Today, I saw account created by Marketo user in Salesforce? Is that possible? How can a Marketo user create account in Salesforce?

This is not possible directly. But indirectly it might happen:

If you have converted a lead into an account and contact directly in SFDC or using the Marketo convert flow step
If you have some APEX triggers or business processes that create accounts from a lead for instance.
