Account String defaults to mktoadmin

Hi All,

I'm working with my IT team to create a DNS record for our landing pages. I've noticed that our account string is labeled "mktoadmin" rather than a branded account string and mkto docs reference the DNS records as pointing to "mktoadmin.mktoweb.com". However, my IT partner is telling me that mktoadmin.mktoweb.com is not a valid DNS address on Marketo's side. Am I missing something here?

Your IT team is correct.

Open a support case -- you cannot use the account string mktoadmin.mktoweb.com. It looks like the placeholder was left in place in your instance.

Thanks, @Sanford Whiteman! I've contacted Marketo Support and they are working on changing the account string.
