"Active" Landing Page Report

Is there anyway to pull a report for any and all landing pages that are in use for a number of programs where someone has filled out the form in the past 6 months?  Not where there was just some activity or changes made to a landing page as in "last activity" logged.

I am looking for an output like the landing page report, where the landing page names are the line items.

What you can do is create a landing page activity report and in setup set your last activity filter to 6 months.  Then sort the report on Conversions in descending order.  That way all of the zeros are on the bottom.
