Activity Log Empty?

Hi Guys,

Over the last week our system has created hundreds of leads where the activity log is empty. Although, when I go into Salesforce and look them up their MSI Tab is full of interesting moments. 

Anyone any ides on why this would happen?

Hi Gerard,

That's an odd one.  Any clues from SFDC about how the leads are getting created?  Can you see these leads when you look at the Results Tab for any of the interesting moment campaigns they've qualified for?

And just to rule out -- do you have a filter applied to your view in the Activity Log?  That's thrown me off multiple times before...

Yeah I was going to mention the filter too... you get surprised by that one every once in a while

Rookie mistake
