Activity report date missing

hi all!

The date field (first visit and last visit) in the web page activity reports is missing from the attached xls and has been replaced with '-693626' in all occurrences. It does still appear in the in-email summary table but not in the attached excel. 

 

Any suggestions what's happened/changed please?

This is a new bug with several Support cases open that I know of. Feel free to open another case!

    Thank you Jawo for bringing this up! I am also seeing the same thing on my excel reports! I noticed this happening just this week, as my reports last week seem fine. In addition, there is this numeric value in column R that is showing up that I have not seen before.

     

     

    Any help to rectify for Marketo Support would be greatly appreciated!

      hi Jdanunciacion!

       

      Marketo support confirmed that the patch has been rolled out to fix this so should be working again now.
