Activity Type: Send Email?

Hey,

Half of my last campaign says "Email Delivered" and the rest is "Send Email". What does the "Send Email" activity type mean in the campaign results?

Camille,

"Send Email" comes before "Email Delivered". "Send Email" is the first activity that occurs during the "Send Email" flow step. Eventually, the second step is "Email Delivered" or "Email Bounced/Soft" and the third activity is "Open Email". So if the campaign ran for 100 leads you will likely see 100 "Send Email" activities and hopefully 100 "Email Delivered" activities.

What @Devraj Grewal​ said is correct. How long ago was your campaign sent? Sometimes it takes a bit of time for all Members to process through the flow and receive the email.

How long does it take? We sent it about 5 days ago and it's still showing that.
