Add CC in Create Task action

Hello!I have a question whether is there any solution that allows to CC person when creating task without necessity to create a separate Task?Thanks,Kacper

Tasks can only be assigned to one person in Salesforce - that field you are trying to change (or add a token to) is the task assignment field, not the notification field. Marketo doesn't send a notification to the person in that field - but Salesforce might be.

If you don't want to use Send Alert as suggested above (which is really the best option here as it's not difficult to set up a simple email alert asset) you could set up a notification engine in Salesforce that notifies someone else other than the Sales Owner when the task is assigned.

Hi Kacper,While the task creation doesn't offer an option to cc someone, you could use the 'Send Alert' flow step in addition to the task creation and notify the Sales Owner and additional interested parties through there. You can set up the alert to include the same info you would get in the task notification email (as you need to draft the email used for the Alert) and you could set 'notify' to false in the task creation flow step so that the Sales rep would only get one email (and the task in SFDC).Hope this helps, I've included a screenshot of the set up for your reference.Regards,Alexia
