Add Filter "Program Status Is"

When making SmartLists, the filter for "status" is "Program Status was Changed" This is not always effective since it doesnt screen for what the CURRENT status is; it only looks for leads whose program status was changed at a point in time. (i.e. if someone is marked as "Attended", but later was updated to "Registered" or "No Show" he/she will qualify for the list.) If I want to send an email to ONLY those who actualyl Attended, this will compromise the campaign. 

Please add a filter for "Program Status Is" 

You can also add contraints as well (i.e. Program Name, Date of Activity)
