Add new fields in programs in Marketo to sync with Salesforce

I would like to add or to make a field "Country" as mandatory field when I create a program in Marketo, in this way this field is mapped with Salesforce and I can rely on this field to modify sharing settings in Salesforce.

The idea is, based on the country I would like that in salesforce only users blong to this country can have access to campaigns synced from Marketo.

Yes I know, the tag can not be sync with Salesforce, so means no solution in standard way for this case ?

You can add a Country Tag and make it required. But this has nothing to do with SFDC.

In SFDC, your admin can modify the access rights such that SFDC Campaigns with Country=X must have a User Country of X to see it.
