Add notice of restictions to developers guide

Dear Marketo Team!

Recently I figured out that you may download lead activities only for 3 months before current day. Data for longer periods is not avalible to download. You will receive 604 errors instead.
Please add this notice to guide. It can save time for other developers.

    What endpoint are you seeing this issue with?

    Historical lead activity is available via Get Lead Activities REST API.

    I don't think what you're saying is correct. Can you explain what you were doing exactly and why you think there was that 3 month limit?
