Adding a datepicker to form

Hi...I have been trying to add a date picker to an exisitng form.  This is a page here for it, but it does not seem to be working...does anyone have current instructions on how to add a date picker field to a marketo form...

or does the Form 2 editor not allow this? Make sure you have a Date field or change the field to Date.

Thank you...I was trying to put in the java script that I found in here on an older duscussion, but it is really simple after I deleted that, it worked!

Or use a text field and custom datepicker.

The Forms should automagically set your date fields to have the picker like Josh mentioned!
