Adding email preview

I'm seeing an issue with what shows up in the preview of an email once it gets to an inbox. In the image attached you'll see that the preview shows nicely  when I send a test email: "Hi friend, it's not easy..." But when I sent the actual email it shows the code for the logo header (see other image). FYI, the different subj lines are for an A/B test. Body copy is same. Any thoughts?
