Adding Members to Engagement Programs

When you create a smart campaign to add members to an engagement campaign, that does not initiate the engagement program to start correct? That is based off the cadence that is set.

So for example, if I add members to the program on Monday, and the cadence is set to run on Wednesday, those newly added members will not receive content until Wednesday correct?

Yes that is correct.

Ashley,

That is correct. Adding to the engagement program just means they are in the stream ready for content. If the cadence is not until Wednesday, they will not receive the content in the stream until Wednesday.
