We are in the process of adding domains (microsites) and will be sending email out from these other brands. We have the first cname set up--is there additional munchkin code that needs to be added to the new microsite? How/where is it generated if needed?

    No, the Munchkin embed code is exactly the same. Naturally the Munchkin cookie is not shared across different public domains, due to age-old browser security restrictions.
