Yes - this is the new Interactive Webinars feature that was announced last year and is rolling out to general release over the coming weeks. (We just got access last week 😁).   There is a basic version that goes out to most customers (might need to be PRIME or higher subscription?) and there are upgraded license tiers depending on what you need.

I also stumbled on a few youtube videos showing how to set it up. Not sure how up to date these are as I suspect they are from the beta release.
