Advanced Filter Option Not Available

I have used the "Use Advanced filters" option many times but it seems to be greyed out on several Smart Campaigns lately. Am I missing something?

Hi Steve

multiple triggers are "OR" condition implicitly.

If you will add any filters(>2), you can choose Advanced Filter.

    Why THREE Filters?  Why not 2?

     

    I want to filter on two different field options - field data = a specific value, or field data is empty, but I can't filter on both an empty and a non-empty field in the same step, but I also can't used advanced filtering "OR" for the 2 options.

     

    It seems my only workaround is to add a bogus 3rd filter, such as ("email exists") AND [(field data = X) OR (field data is empty)]

     

    My sole triggering action is (obviously) not included in the count of 3, else I wouldn't be forced to add a nonsensical third filter.  Why the forced number of filters?

    2 filters with ANY is the same as 2 filters with OR.
