Allow Marketing or Standard users to only "clone" original email templates and not edit them!

Hi There!

It will be great to see this particular feature in Marketo- that marketing and standard users are allowed to clone an original email template in marketo but not edit/delete it; as it will avoid any original email templates from getting accidently altered or deleted by marketing /standard users.
