Allow multiple languages for unsubscribe messages

We have customers coming from several countries and two official languages (english and french).
At the moment, it is impossible to display the unsubscribe message according to the lead's languages.

Do the "Email" section in the Administration support Javascript?
It is not mentioned in Marketo.

If there is some place to code, I would like to put some Javascript in order to check the browser's language / or value of the "Language" field and then display the unsubscribe message according to it.

Ben,

You should create customized pages by language or region to handle this situation. You can go further and use Segmentations to display the correct Form or text to each group.

The default can be disabled by placing just a dot in it and then your new subscription management pages are placed in your email templates.
