Allow Tags for Customer Engagement Program

Custom program tags are not available in the Customer Engagement Program "Setup" tab. We need these tags for reporting classification for territories, product lines, business units, etc. I understand any child programs have tags, but I need local assets to parent program to be associated as well.


Disclaimer: I'm am just building out my first Customer Engagement Program, so I may be missing something since I do not have any reporting to review. Local assets to the Engagement Program, though, aren't classified to any tags, and this is a problem.
