An option to automatically create the custom channels and subchannels in Marketo Measure (Bizible) when the online channel mapping sheet is loaded-in

Currently, all the custom channels and corresponding sub-channels need to be manually created in the Marketo Measure (Bizible) before uploading the online channel mapping CSV file. It'd be great if there's an option that a user can select which'll automatically create the missing channel-subchannels when the new file is uploaded instead of throwing channel/sub-channel missing error.
