Analyse the data which are in salesforce but not in marketo
Is there any ways to identify the records which are in salesforce but never been synced or deleted from marketo.

From the Marketo side only? No, by definition Marketo doesn’t know about... people it’s never known about!
If you sync the Marketo Lead ID to SFDC, then you would with some room for error be able to look in SFDC and see who’s in Marketo and who’s not. (The room for error is if a person was synced to Marketo and later deleted from Marketo, but that field wasn’t properly cleared in SFDC.)
When doing this as a spot-check you simply export all Contact ID & Lead ID values from SFDC, export the Marketo SFDC ID from Marketo for the whole database, and join the 2 tables.
