ARIA Accessibility Testing

We publish our Marketo Forms via standard Embed Codes through our CMS (Drupal) web team.

As part of their QA process, they run Accessibility testing which is kicking back errors on our Marketo Forms. Specifically, 'aria-labels' on the Form Field API Name(s).

Has anyone had similar experience and know what code we need to implement in order to properly 'label' the backend field names in order to pass Accessibility?
