"Ask a question" search results needs more correctly

For example
I select "My Profile",
- When click(search) my company, result is 0 people. I am missed.

- When click(search) my country,I am missed too.
- When enter keyword at "Ask a question", it's same.

I want to search correctly.

Hey Takehiro, hopefully this will be updated in the near future with an updated community. If memory serves me correctly, it should be coming around April!
