I need assistance for - All leads that come in to Marketo through the website needs to be assigned to a specific recruiter, xxxxxx.

How to setup the rule in Marketo such that any lead that comes in on a website URL that contains "puerto" will be assigned to recruiter id "123456789"?

https://mywebsite-puerto-rico for instance.....

Assuming your leads are not visiting more than one website of such kind, you can assign it to specific recruiter by using Change Data Value Step with condition as "Visited Web Page" contains "puerto".
