I think it would be good to have time stamp or properties info for each element on Marketo.

For example, for each Smart List or List under Lead Database, it should have info about who created the list, when created, last updated, last updated by etc.

This will give very good transparency for multiple users.

This will definitely help!

    In past, I had to bother support with inquiries on who last modified/scheduled something. Most recent occurrence: today.
    So implementing this as a self-service would also allow Marketo's support team to focus on more complex tasks.

      Don't worry ... we are very aware of this feature and it is on our radar. We don't have a target timeframe just yet.

        I just realized this "idea" is not even listed among the popular ideas view - even though it has 211 likes!  Is that because the status has been changed to "Already have it"?

            I see that the status of this idea is "Already Have It (Partially)".  What exactly does this mean?  What features of this idea are already available?

              I have trouble finding out who or when an active email was left in a draft state and this is quite troublesome to resolve without having a 'last edited by' log of some kind.

              This idea started and hasn't yet evolved since 2011. How much longer must we wait for this feature that should have been recognised as a must have (but missed) for multiple user applications?

              Please give us some feedback Marketo!!

                I think for a Enterprise Perspective i field suprice that this feature is not here.

                Even on the Stock Proceture Marketo Engineer cant give you the login. Right now we had a problem that somebody started to sync a Program to SFDC and the program was not meant to sync.

                Just get the User name and what date this started it will be the data we ask for. Think marketo need to look on Google Doc how Version History is in a doc.

                    We just renamed this article post to Audit Trail.  The origina post was called "Time Stamp and Signaure"

                      Marketo's audit trail does not include USER data.  Similar to SFDC, we need to know WHO made the change especially if we spot something wrong that requires corrective action.

                      Please add "User" to all audit trails.
