Automatic replies going to from instead of 'reply to'

Does anyone know if there is a solve for this? If I have emails coming from a single person, and the replies go to an info box, how do I get the automatic replies to go to the info box and not the single person's email address it came from?

You cannot guarantee that the From: address will not receive some automated replies — in fact if mailservers obeyed the standard, all automated replies would go to the From:.
