Automatically check unsubsribe box from clicking unsubscribe link in an email

Hello everyone,

I have set up a preference center with the unsubscribed box that can be checked at the bottom of the form in order to become unsubscribed.

I would like when people click on the unsubscribe link in my emails, to send them to this preference center landing page with the unsubscribed box being already checked because they came from that unsubscribe link.

Does anyone know how to set this up?
