Automatically reactivate content within an engagement program

While you can edit the availability of stream content by setting it to expire, it'd be nice to be able to have it reactivate automatically.  This would be useful when you're trying to match specific content with the cyclical nature of your business.  For instance, you may want content to send April - August of every calendar year.
