Becoming a member of a program

Hello,

I just had the strangest thing happen.

We have a Program that has all these members that were not part of the email send and I'm not sure how they could have made it in.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how that could happen?

I checked the smart lists and I dont see how they could have gotten in.

thank you-

Michael

Hi Michael, pick someone who was added to the program who you think shouldn't have been, then look in their activity log. You should be able to figure out their action or your smart campaign that added them.

Hard to tell without having some more info but could they have been added from SFDC?

Chris,

Yes, it looks like they may have been added that way.

Dory,

Thank you- I will take your suggestion and chase it down. It looks like they were added via a SFDC campaign, but now I'm curious as to why/how they made it in the wrong campaign.

Thank you again for the "activity log" suggestion, that will be helpful.

Michael
