Best Bets missing from left navigation bar in Dynamics

We are not seeing the Marketo > Best Bets section on the left navigation bar of Dynamics. We already went into the solutions > marketo main best bets view settings and all are activated. Anyone else have tips on how to get it to appear?

Did you ever find a solution to this? We can get these to appear, but they are empty. Marketo isn't populating the Dynamics tables with anything, so we're also kind of stuck...
