Bizible Touchpoints and Progressive Profiling

Does anyone have progressive profiling turned on on their forms and also log Bizible touchpoints?  I was hoping to only show the custom HTML on forms for known users, but found this did not log Bizible touchpoints.  Before rolling out progressive profiling, I was wondering if anyone had successful use cases or aha moments.  Ideally, I'd like to only show email address for known users.
