Branded Domain

I want to create one email for all records in a list, the only thing that needs to change is logo and sending domain. Is there a way to all the branded domain to be dynamic based on the flagged brand the record would need to be associated with? 

So I would have: 
John Smith Brand:123 Branded Domain changed to: 123.com
Jill Smith Brand: ABC Branded Domain changed to: ABC.com

Joe Smith Brand: 123 Branded Domain changed to: 123.com
Sally Smith Brand: XYZ Branded Domain changed to: XYZ.com

Or do I have to create separate emails for each branded domain?

Branding domains are set per-email.
