Break mapping unmapping of fields, not showing

Hi

 

 I have to unmap some fields and remap them but  this buttons don't show for me.

 Any clue why? I have admin permissions

(to answer your question specifically around that screenshot)
That section is used during the initial Marketo - SFDC implementation.  
Once you set up and fully connect Marketo to SFDC that section is no longer usable. 

 

As mentioned if you need to remap fields you will need to contact Marketo support.  There are some caveats around what kinds of mappings they can do as some requests are not able to be fulfilled so reach out to Marketo support to see if your particular request is supported.

That view is read-only. 

 

Unmapping - or new mapping - needs to be done from Salesforce. Re-mapping can only be done by Marketo Support.
