Break Salesforce sync

Hey Everyone,

I am new to Marketo, started using it 4 months back. While syncing Marketo~SFDC, I have done one mistake. In spite of giving credentials of API enabled salesforce user, I used our Salesforce sandbox credentials. However, I have not to click on the Start Salesforce sync button. Is there any way to go back and I can use my API enabled salesforce user credentials. I have attached the screenshot for reference.

HI @madhukesh,

Welcome to Marketo. this is the mistake that everyone does once in their life but there is no way out of it.

You have to reach out to Support to re do the sync. 

 

It is really complicated and can only be done by support.
