Breaks in text

Hello,

 

Creating an email campaign and writing out my draft. For some reason the breaks aren't applied correctly between the text (in HTML). Tried deleting breaks further down and making it worse. Playing around with the text for about 20 mins and cannot figure it out.

Could be a local HTML issue in the Rich Text area so please post the that HTML source code or it could be due to inherited CSS.  Start with the Rich Text before posting the HTML source code of the email template. May also be worth posting a screenshot of your Root Block Elements settings https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/general/understanding-the-email-editor/using-the-rich-text-editor.html?lang=en.
