Bring back "Preview email template" from "New Email" interface

Here you can see the new cobalt interface for creating a new local asset, new email. Before there was a little email preview button next to the template. This is a really important functionality for my (especially new) colleagues to understand which email template to chose. 

Please readd the preview button to the cobalt interface.
