Bulk Lead Extract is taking more than usual

I have a service which extracts leads using bulk lead extract endpoint in csv format. Lately I am observing the extraction process is taking more than usual. Earlier it used to get completed within 5-10 min and now it takes at least 35-40 min. What are the factors that affect job completion time and does the number of jobs queued affect this process?

Make sure are updating your dates and only pulling most recent. if so check the size of your extracts, if they are increasing in size you may need to break them up a couple times a day in smaller batches. Also try adjusting the time you are doing your extracts and try to avoid times that may be sync heavy. Lastly, ping support. Things can happen that we don't see that will slow things down. if you see performance issues, do not hesitate to open a ticket :D.
