Calculating Number of Leads

Is there a fast way to get the number of leads for a campaign? I've been waiting for what seems like forever, for the number of existing leads and then I also clicked it so it would show me the actual leads list and the bottom right hand is still calculating.

Just wondering if there's another way to get this number.
