Campaign Trigger Report

Dear all,

Do you know if there is any report which I can export the list of all active campaigns + triggers configurated?

I found the report below and would like to have two additional columns with for example: Data Value modified or another step of the flow.

I know I can access each campaign and check that info, but considering I would need to access 117 campaigns, I would prefer to do that automated.
