Campaigns triggered off of future dates

We need to be able to send emails to customers notifying them that their service is about to end.  It would be nice to set up automated campaigns that are sent 30 days before their sevice end date.  I want to set it and have it run automatically.

Similarly, it would be nice to have "in the next X days/months" as a filter just like we have "in the past....".
