Can anonymous leads become members of programs once they become known

We currently have a trigger campaign that listens for KNOWN visits to a specific LP:

If I add in the following trigger and filter, will leads that visited this LP while anonymous - let's say a month ago - qualify for this campaign if/when they become known?

    Hi Dan,

    Yes when they become a lead (created in the database) and have once visited that LP or they visit that LP when they are already a lead then the flow steps will trigger.

    You definitely need both triggers.

    What date will it show that they completed the flow-like value changes? on Lead created? or the date they visited the page?

    Hi Dan,

    Yes when they become a lead (created in the database) and have once visited that LP or they visit that LP when they are already a lead then the flow steps will trigger.

    I don;t think you need the second trigger for this to work.  Just the first and the filter

    That second trigger is definitely needed for existing leads that visit the page. Otherwise, there's no trigger for them to qualify for.
