Can I create same Email user id ?

Hi, I have my account id (this account id ) in my office.
Also I want to create a new account in my client's Marketo. (I want use same Email address )
But it's error.

I think "my office's Marketo" doesn't create same Email accounts avoid to duplicate,
if  I've already have an account, I can not create same Email accounts anymore?

I do Marketo consulting , so it's necessary I have my email account in many client's Marketo.

Use an email alias. If you could create duplicate usernames (since that's what the email address is in this case, a username) on the same Mkto instance, then the system would have no way of knowing which Mkto account to connect you to, right?

I'll prepare alias.  
I wanted to know about basic policy of Marketo's account creation.
And I got it.
