Can I track Ungated PDFs if they're hosted on WordPress on known users?

Curious to know if i can have UTM parameters in a PDF that is hosted on Wordpress tracked via Marketo? If we are running an ungated display ad, and we wanted to know who is looking at the pdf - would this work? I know if it would, it would only be for those that are "known" in Marketo.

PDFs don't run Munchkin. So you'd need a redirector page (which everyone should be using anyway instead of linking directly to downloadables).
