Can I use marketo forms on more than one domain?

My organization is new to Marketo. Our company has a corporate website on one domain and a desktop application on another domain. We will be using Marketo on our corporate website as our marketing automation platform. What I'm wondering is if we would also be able to use embedded forms from our Marketo instance on our desktop application which is on another domain. If we are able to do this, do I need to install the Marketo tracking code on our desktop application domain too and if so, are there any issues with the tracking code being placed on multiple domains?

Yes. There would likely be implications for adblockers here though since that content will be coming from another domain. I'll defer to @SanfordWhiteman here for best practice.

The important part is to load the form from your LP domain (pages.example.com) not the default app-whatever.marketo.com domain. This in turn means your LP domain needs to have SSL (which is now included in all subscriptions so should not be a problem).

Ad blockers are concerned with the marketo.com domain, not the injection of the form via JS.

Hello @nzgorski ,

Yes you can use the Marketo form Embed code on more than one domain.

Yes you should also use the Munchkin code if you want to be able to track web page visits on that page that is hosting the form.

Thank you,

oz
